Pesticide Application Notice

As part of Westwood Heights Schools' Pest Management Program, lawn treatment and/or pesticides are ocasionally applied. In compliance with the Department of Agriculture, Pesticide and Plant Management Division, Regulation No. 637, the Westwood Heights School District is providing notification of any pesticide applications made to the school buildings and grounds. This notice is intended to serve as prior notification of future pesticide application to Westwood Heights grounds. In most instances, notice will be sent prior to application of pesticides. However, in certain emergencies, lawn treatment and pesticides may be applied without prior notice, however, notifications will be sent following applications.
